Tim was absolutely amazing!! He arrived when he said he would and was meticulous in his work. He double checked with me before each project to make sure I liked the position of the paintings/mirror/shelves and took his time. He was friendly, fairly priced, and cared about the project. I wanted to hang 4 pieces of art that I loved (of all different sizes ) in my dining room and he gave me great suggestions on different ways to do it, and the result was just perfect! Highly recommend!

Absolutely talented and mindful, trustworthy and definitely professional! Prices are great and I will definitely be calling him in the future. He did a great job of hanging my TV and assembling my dresser. I highly recommend Tim!

I had Tim Golden Hands replace two toilets with new ones and they did an excellent job. They worked quickly and diligently, asking me to inspect the work as they proceeded to ensure it was looking and functioning as expected. They also discovered that in one of our bathrooms, the plate on the drain had been previously installed incorrectly. It turns out that this was likely the cause of some toilet leaks that have been popping up. A plumber that had come in before to deal with the leak just replaced the wax ring without looking at the underlying cause of the problem. Tim Golden Hands were able to fix the issue as part of their installation (and even kept to the original price estimate despite this extra, unexpected work), saving a lot of future headaches. After they were done, they cleaned up everything and left our apartment in good shape with two professionally installed toilets. I would recommend Tim Golden Hands without hesitation.

Tim did a fantastic job taking apart my queen bed, moving it and then setting up my new King bed. He's a super nice guy, was on-time and professional. Highly recommend! A+!

THIS IS A REAL REVIEW! This business is Horrendous! They left the job unfinished after changing their pricing with me after the job had begun. Their communication is all over the place. They had one woman answering their calls, she communicates with the owner and half the time the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand says. They have a non-refundable deposit of 100$ just for an estimate too!!! Never heard of such a thing, but like an idiot, I paid that for the estimate. They claimed that the deposit will go toward the cost of the job, but in reality it didn’t! They quoted me a price for my apartment, then told after I called to schedule the work that price was not valid and had to reestimate for the same work. They came to the apartment, re-estimated the same cost and then started the job. After only finishing half the bedroom, they tell me they have to charge an extra 100$ for the baseboards they painted! This was clearly discussed prior, they were the ones that suggested I buy white paint in case of spillage & instead painted the baseboards and then wanted to charge me!! The painter also left the job half done, scratched my hardwood floor which I am just noticing this morning after looking at the room!! Additionally the painter had an attitude at the end saying he had stayed passed his time and this was all after I fed him meals and even gave him snacks when he asked if I had cookies. It wasn’t my obligation to feed them, but I did out of kindness and he didn’t even say thank you! At the end of it all, the owner Tim left me a nasty voicemail after I asked for my deposit back considering the mess they left—and my having to call Venmo as I was even nice enough to pay them in cash!! Mortified!!!

My closet shelf and brackets collapsed over the Christmas Holiday, and I called Tim to see how quickly he could come over to install new brackets. I contact them at 5pm on a Tuesday, and Tim was at my apartment by 9am the next day. Fixed my problem within an hour, was courteous and did an excellent job. And the price was completely reasonable! Would highly recommend! Thanks Tim!

They were responsive and efficient with their communication. They were on time, and made sure the job was done on same day, even though they had to go and purchase parts. They were also competitively priced, cheaper than others. Very happy with their service. After the job, they explained what leaks I should check for over the next 24/48 hrs, and reach out to them if there were problems.

Extremely Poor Customer Service. I met with them to have project work done and paid a deposit after they came onsite to review the specs and take pictures. We scheduled a start date and the last step was to obtain a COI for the building. After I sent the sample COI for completion, I randomly receive an alert from my bank that my deposit was refunded. I found that strange since I had not received any communication from them since I sent the COI. After several emails sent that did not receive a response, I receive a TEXT MESSAGE that they cannot proceed with my project because the COI is not suitable for the building and they have canceled my project that was slated to start in just a few days. It was completely unprofessional and in poor taste to not have the decency to pick up the phone and have a conversation with me about this. If you value professionalism and quality customer service, I would avoid this company and look elsewhere.
